Transport Manager CPC

Blue Triangle Training can provide classroom training for the Transport Manager’s Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Road Haulage

The Transport Manager CPC is a level 3 qualification and is the minimum qualification required for holding an Operator's Licence. This qualification is OCR accredited and covers both National and International operations. All training is given by an experienced trainer in the management of the haulage/logistics industry.

The CPC Road Haulage Syllabus

The CPC Transport Managers Road Haulage syllabus covers both business topics and matters specific to road haulage both national and international.

The major business topics covered include:

European Regulatory bodies; UK business law and structures; Industrial Relations and Health and Safety matters; Financial management, including business taxation and Marketing the business.

The Road Haulage element deals with:

Operator Licencing; Vehicle Costing; Vehicle Selection; Maintenance and Taxation. Drivers’ Hours Regulations; Driver Licencing and Operations (weights; safe loading, speeds, accident prevention). International matters include Customs, Permits and Visas

Examinations are held in March, June, September and December

Course Dates:

Classroom 9 days: Cost fully inclusive of all course material and examination fees.

Classroom training covers 9 days of instruction and is spread over a 3 week period.
